Common questions and answers.
Q: How does virtual law work?
A: After you contact us, an attorney with Edwards Law Company will conduct a conflict of interest check, survey you to figure out what services you really need (so you don't pay for unnecessary documents), and complete documents you need with the information you want. It is collaborative in that the attorney will be constantly communicating with you each step of the way and is available to you 24/7 via phone, e-mail, or Skype.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You pay for your service through an e-invoice sent to you by Edwards Law Company. Client payments are both a retainer for the services of Edwards Law Company and cover the full amount of the service. No hidden additional costs. After payment, the documents are created and mailed to you via certified mail.
Q: Is the invoice secure?
A: Yes, Yola has SSL security (secure sockets layer), which encrypts all of the user/browser information. PayPal also uses secure encryption so confidential information is not comprised.
